Point

●心不全は各種疾患と併存していることが多く，併存疾患の数が多いことで予後や身体的フレイルに影響を与えている

●心不全は複雑な臨床症候群を呈し，MMDを有することでさらに障害像が複雑になるため，ABCDE（awake，breath，circulation，dysphagia，exercise）の順に情報を整理して介入していく必要がある

●MMDの代表的な疾患である脳血管障害や慢性閉塞性肺疾患（chronic obstructive pulmonary disease：COPD）などを有すると呼吸や循環にどのような影響が生じるのかを理解しておく
