Point

●MMDに対する理学療法についてはいまだ十分なエビデンスが蓄積されていない

●ドイツではMMDを特段重視するわけではなく，老年学の知識を活かした「人」を診る理学療法が重視されている

●日本の理学療法士の教育体制を活かしたMMDにおけるエビデンスの蓄積が今後望まれる
