●認知症は複雑で対応が難しいと考えられているが，総合的に捉えることで容易になる

●認知症では残存する認知機能を正確に把握して自信をもたせながら実施する

●認知症を発症すると精神的に不安定になるため，心情に配慮して理学療法を実施する
