●メタラーニングとは「学習の仕方を学習する」という意味であり，これまでリハビリテーションの領域ではあまり議論されてきていない

●メタラーニングは心理学領域，コンピューターサイエンス領域，サイバネティクス領域で議論されてきた

●行為の獲得を図るためにメタラーニングの視点を応用することで，理学療法中だけでなく理学療法終了後の自律的な学習にもよい影響を与える
