●標準的理学療法で主に実践されている要素還元的な視点のみでは，行為の回復をめざすには不十分な可能性がある

●行為の改善にはシステムアプローチの視点が重要である可能性がある

●いわゆる国際生活機能分類（ICF）におけるimpairment（機能障害）の視点を捉え直す試みも必要である
