標準的理学療法を行為の観点から捉え直す—神経疾患

Point

●行為は，単なる運動や動作ではなく，意図をもって行われる行動を指すもので，行為者の運動と意図との関係性が問題になる．神経疾患では行為における帰属感の変調を伺わせるナラティブが聞かれることが少なくない

●行為の構成要素である自己は，最小の自己としてのミニマルセルフ，過去と未来といった時間構造を含めたナラティブセルフへと発展する．事例を通して，行為の回復は，現在のミニマルセルフが過去や未来のナラティブセルフとの一貫性をもつことであると提案した

●行為は人の認識に由来する構築論的な諸課題を潜在的に有している．標準的理学療法として行為の回復を捉えるには，構築論的ヘルスケアから実在論的ヘルスケアへの橋渡しについての検討が，今後の課題となろう
