●創状態を十分に評価して運動負荷量・歩行形態を設定することが望ましい

●創離開や閉創不全のリスクを十分に評価した介入戦略が歩行能力を維持するうえでは重要である

●再発予防の視点でのアプローチを早期から集学的に行うことで再切断や重症化予防が期待される
