—中枢神経疾患—回復期脳卒中患者に対する関節可動域運動

　脳卒中患者は発症後6か月以内に約5割の症例で少なくとも1箇所以上の関節拘縮が発生します^1）．発生率は部位によって12〜28％と異なりますが（表），肩関節や股関節の発生率が高いと報告されています^1），また，身体障害が重症になるほど関節拘縮の発生率が増加するとされており^1,2），筋緊張亢進や痙縮，運動麻痺による関節の不動が関節拘縮の形成に大きく関与します^3）．本稿では回復期における脳卒中患者を想定した関節可動域運動の具体的な方法も交えながら解説します．
