●歩容改善も理学療法の選択肢の1つだが,患者の全体像を把握したうえでいくつかの選択肢から患者と協働で決定されるべきである

●歩行能力を把握するためには,Academy of Neurologic Physical Therapy(ANPT)の臨床実践ガイドラインで紹介されている歩行とバランスに対するコアアウトカムセットが有用である

●最適な非対称性歩行動作の獲得とは,重症度や自立度など全体像を加味した歩行能力に優先順位をつけて介入した結果である
