●変形性膝関節症患者では,疼痛回避のための代償戦略として左右非対称な動作を呈する
●変形の進行抑制のためには,運動戦略に鑑みて力学的負荷の軽減に資する介入策の策定を図る必要がある
●障害部位に限局せず,心理的・環境的・機能的拘束要件を明確にし,介入対象に据える必要がある
