超音波エラストグラフィー

はじめに

　超音波エラストグラフィーの技術が開発されて以来，現在まで多くの臨床場面で使用されており，一部の領域では診療報酬が加算されるようになった．超音波エラストグラフィーについて，一度は聞いたことがあるという読者も多いだろう．本稿ではその基本的な原理を紹介するとともに理学療法における有用性についても概説する．
