慢性硬膜下血腫を契機に診断された多巣性線維硬化症（multifocal fibrosclerosis）の1例

はじめに

　頭部外傷の既往なしに発生する，いわゆる特発性の慢性硬膜下血腫の原因として低髄液圧症候群，悪性腫瘍の硬膜転移，種々の凝固異常などが報告されている^1，2，3）。今回われわれは過去に報告のみられない多巣性線維硬化症（multifocal fibrosclerosis：MFS）が原因と考えられた慢性硬膜下血腫の1例を経験したので，文献的考察を加え報告する。
