特発性前骨間神経麻痺と特発性後骨間神経麻痺の病態解明と治療方針確立の試み—神経痛性筋萎縮症として保存的に治療すべきか否か

特発性前骨間神経麻痺と特発性後骨間神経麻痺は歴史的に神経痛性筋萎縮症の一病型として考えられてきたが近年，その多くに神経束の「くびれ」がみられること，神経線維は「くびれ」部を通過できない可能性があること，回復傾向に乏しい症例では神経束間剝離術のほうが保存療法よりも成績が良好な可能性があることなどが明らかとなってきた。近年の研究結果と現在進行中の多施設共同研究をご紹介する。
