文献概要

腫瘍細胞がリンパ節や末梢血にない血管内リンパ腫は，小血管や毛細血管内腔での腫瘍細胞の激増によって特徴づけられる稀な疾患である。診断は血管内の腫瘍細胞を示すことであるが，皮膚ランダム生検でも診断が可能で，重要なことは本疾患を疑うことである。臨床像はさまざまで特異的な所見に乏しいが，血管の閉塞による臓器不全に関連した症状を呈しやすい。早期診断・治療が基本で，リツキシマブ併用の化学療法が行われている。
