文献概要
中枢神経は,放射線抵抗性の組織であるといわれる。これに対し,放射線による高次脳機能障害誘発に関わる海馬など,放射線感受性の高い部位も存在することが理解され始めている。ここでは,放射線による神経障害を理解するために必要な基礎的な知識から,放射線による神経障害発生の分子機構まで,最新の知見を総覧し概説する。
