脱髄型ギラン・バレー症候群の標的分子

ギラン・バレー症候群は脱髄型(AIDP)と軸索型(AMAN)に分かれ,後者はガングリオシドが標的分子であることが明らかにされているが,特に欧米で比率の高い脱髄型は長年研究が続けられてきたにもかかわらず,その標的分子が明らかにされてこなかった。近年,ランヴィエ絞輪部周辺の分子に注目が集まり,サイトメガロウイルス関連AIDPではモエシンが標的抗原であることが報告されている。
