文献概要

視床前核群および内背側核は,乳頭体,内側側頭葉,前頭前皮質,後部帯状皮質とともに記憶の神経解剖学的ネットワークを構成している。本論文ではウェルニッケ・コルサコフ症候群や視床梗塞による健忘や動物の脳破壊実験から得られた知見を神経解剖学的ネットワークの観点から考察する。さらに,近年の動物研究の結果に基づいて,記憶における視床前核群および内背側核の機能的役割に関わる今後の研究展望を提示する。
