文献概要

水痘-帯状疱疹ウイルスは血管炎や血管症を起こすことが多く，髄液検査で水痘-帯状疱疹ウイルスDNAがPCRで検出されるか，水痘-帯状疱疹ウイルスに対する抗体の髄腔内産生があれば診断できる。髄膜血管型梅毒は中大脳動脈，脳底動脈を障害することが多く，脳卒中を起こす。アスペルギルスは血管浸潤性であるため，比較的大きな血管内の血栓形成により，出血性梗塞を起こすことが多い。
