パーキンソン病・アルツハイマー病における時間認知障害

文献概要

時間認知はさまざまな要因によって変化し,その脳内処理は複雑である。近年いくつかの研究は,特定の神経疾患患者で時間認知が短くなることを報告している。本稿では,時間認知の処理モデルを踏まえながら,パーキンソン病とアルツハイマー病における時間認知障害を概説する。それら2つの疾患は似たタイプの時間認知障害を示すが,その背景メカニズムは大きく異なる。パーキンソン病の時間認知障害はペースメーカーをつかさどる線条体の異常を中心に,一方,アルツハイマー病の障害は記憶をつかさどる海馬の異常を中心に起きている可能性が考えられる。
