日本版WISC-IVを用いた脳外傷児22例の高次脳機能障害の検討

文献概要

小児の外傷性脳損傷（以下，脳外傷）の高次脳機能障害の評価に，日本版ウェクスラー児童用知能検査第4版（WISC-IV）を用いられる機会は多いが，その結果についての詳細な検討はなされていない。2011年7月〜2014年7月までに，当院の発達評価センターを受診し，同検査を施行した脳外傷児22例について後方視的に検討した。FSIQ，VCI，PRI，WMI，PSIの顕著な低下は認められなかった。本検討からは，WISC-IVのみでは高次脳機能障害の診断を顕在化させることには限界があると考えられた。
