アルツハイマー病の言語症状

アルツハイマー病（AD）は記憶障害を主症状とする神経変性疾患であり，その言語症状は疾患特異的ではないと考えられ，近年まで注目されてこなかった。ADは不均一な疾患群であり，典型的なADでは健忘失語から超皮質性感覚失語に移行していくのが一般的だが，言語症状を主症状とするlogopenic型原発性進行性失語などの亜型も存在する。言語は診療場面で必ず用いる手段であり，本来の認知機能を知るためには言語機能を確認する必要があるため，ADの言語症状を理解することは，鑑別診断においても有用である。
