作話—時間認知の障害という観点から

文献概要

作話（confabulation）とは，「正しい記憶の想起ができないため筋道の通った話ができず，代わりに無関係な記憶を想起するために，話が辻褄の合わないものになってしまう」症候である。間脳，前脳基底部，眼窩前頭皮質や側頭葉内側部を含む脳内ネットワークの障害が関与していると考えられる。作話を「時間認知」の障害という観点から検討していくことは，ヒトの時間認知のメカニズムや作話の本質を理解することにもつながる。
