増大特集 認知症の危険因子と防御因子
文献概要
過去数十年にわたり世界的に寿命が延長してきており，わが国を含めた一部の先進国では超高齢社会を迎えている。こうした高齢化に伴い，認知症をはじめとした加齢性疾患発症も増加している。近年のさまざまな臨床研究により，認知症は心血管疾患，とりわけ高血圧や心房細動と関連があることが示されてきている。本項ではこうした高血圧や心房細動と認知症発症に関するエビデンスを紹介していく。
