文献概要

血圧,心拍,発汗などの自律神経の活動は情動などの脳の活動を強く反映する。このため自律神経活動の記録を臨床で神経疾患の診断・評価などのために使用する際は脳活動の影響を極力排除する必要があり,正確な所見を得るためには脳活動と自律神経活動の関係を理解する必要がある。特に手掌・足底の発汗は情動と強い関係があり,いわゆる噓発見器に用いられたり,精神科領域の治療に用いられたりする。神経内科領域,精神科領域,心理学領域などに携わる人々にとってこの拙稿が手掌・足底の発汗(いわゆる精神性発汗)の神経機構を理解するために多少なりともお役に立てば幸いである。
