情動障害と発汗異常

文献概要

本稿では，情動障害と発汗の関係性について，脳機能の側面から概観する。まずは，情動処理に関連する脳部位とその機能についてまとめ，近年，発展が著しいネットワークによる理解の枠組みについて紹介する。次に，扁桃体，前頭葉眼窩部，島皮質などの障害に伴う情動障害と発汗機能の異常について概観する。最後に，自律神経障害を対象とした研究成果について触れ，統合的な観点による脳-身体機能連関研究の必要性について述べる。
