増大特集 こころの時間学の未来
文献概要
「ナビゲーション」機能との比較を通して,「こころの時間」に重要な脳部位を,病変例の検討から臨床神経心理学的に明らかにすることを試みた。楔前部,帯状回,脳梁膨大後部皮質,海馬などの大脳内側後方領域,また眼窩前頭皮質などの大脳内側前方領域のいずれもが重要であることが明らかとなった。これらはネットワークとして機能している可能性があり,その詳細については今後の検討が期待される。
