文献概要

後部帯状回(23野)はデフォルトモードネットワーク(DMN)のハブであり,アルツハイマー病において早期に解剖学的結合が低下する部位である。前部帯状回(24野)はDMN,ワーキングメモリ,顕著性ネットワークなどのネットワークとつながりがあり,それらのネットワークの相互の調整の役割を果たす。前部帯状回の吻側に位置する膝下部前帯状回はうつ病との関連が強く示唆されている部位である。
