文献概要

DIAN観察研究は，家族性アルツハイマー病患者のバイオマーカーの変化を明らかにした。われわれは日本においても同様の研究を行うべく，ワシントン大学と交渉し，国際共同研究としてのDIAN-J研究を開始した。しかしそれは米国での基準を満たさなければならず，大きな困難を伴うものであった。米国では2013年からDIAN-TUという治療介入研究が始まっている。2017年からは次期のDIAN-TU研究が始まる予定であり，日本も参加すべく準備中である。
