Preclinical ADのTrial Ready Cohortの意義と必要性

文献概要

アルツハイマー病（AD）に対する疾患修飾薬の開発が進められている。現在では，認知症期のADはその長い病理学的過程の最終段階であり，より変化の軽度な段階での介入が必要であるとされる。無症候ながら脳内ではAD病理学的変化を有する「preclinical AD」に対する介入研究を目標とした場合にはいままでとは異なるパラダイムによるtrial ready cohortの確立が世界規模で必要と考えられている。
