頭頂連合野における左右差—半側空間無視,身体イメージあるいは身体図式

半側空間無視と身体表象に焦点を当て,頭頂連合野の左右差を考察した。外空間の半側空間無視は右半球優位であり,自己身体に関わるpersonal neglect(PN)も右半球優位である。意識化と認知処理の枠組みで考えると,空間の意識化は外空間の半側空間無視,身体の意識化はPNと関連して右半球優位であり,身体の認知処理は身体部位失認と関連して左半球優位が示唆される。
