文献概要
鏡像動作は一側肢の随意動作に伴い,反対側肢の対称部位に鏡像的に生ずる不随意な動作である。健常幼児の運動発達の一時期にも鏡像動作は認められるが,それ以降にも同現象が持続する場合が異常と考えられる。病的な鏡像動作には遺伝性,先天性,後天性があり,さまざまな基礎疾患に伴うものもある。鏡像動作の責任病巣としては補足運動野,脳梁,頸髄周辺などの報告があり,発現機序としては皮質脊髄路の異常支配,大脳における運動制御機構の異常などが想定される。
