増大特集 記憶と忘却に関わる脳のしくみ—分子機構から健忘の症候まで
文献概要
本稿では,頭頂葉内側部における記憶処理機能について概観する。頭頂葉内側部は,脳梁膨大後部,帯状回後部,楔前部などから構成され,記憶処理,空間認知処理,自己関連処理などの機能的役割を担っている。本稿では,これまでに行われた神経心理学研究,脳機能画像研究,精神疾患研究,神経疾患研究などを概観し,頭頂葉内側部における記憶機能の役割とその意味について,デフォルトモードネットワークや符号化/検索フリップ現象を中心に考察する。
