文献概要

解離性逆向性健忘は，いったん覚えたはずの過去のことを，大きなストレスの影響下で想起できなくなる症状である。解離性前向性健忘は，極めて激しい感情を伴った体験が記憶に残らないことが知られている。解離性前向性健忘が日常生活で反復してみられる場合は，日常生活の何かが恐怖条件付けによって恐怖刺激になっている。条件付けは幼少期の解離性健忘のために想起できない虐待の記憶と関係していることが多い。
