文献概要

効果的な学習は学校生活からビジネスまで日常的に重要である。本論では，学習への睡眠の効果，特にタイミングや昼寝の効果を示す。さらに，テストの効能や分散学習など，種々の学習方法の比較研究を紹介し，より効率的な学習を実現するための手掛かりを提示する。
