文献概要

がんはゲノムの多様な変異が原因となっている生体内で進化する極めて複雑な病気である。東京大学医科学研究所は2015年7月からIBM Watson for Genomicsを導入し血液腫瘍などがんのゲノム医療研究を支援してきた。患者のがんの全ゲノムシークエンス解析に基づき4〜5日で診断結果を返すことができるようになった。
