NPSLEの神経病理

文献概要

NPSLEの中枢神経病理所見は，現在までの報告をまとめると，小動脈などの小血管病変（内皮の増殖，線維化，血管壁の硝子化，フィブリノイド壊死，塞栓など）と，それによる循環障害が中心である。虚血性病変だけではなく，脳出血も呈する。血管炎や血管周囲の炎症性細胞の浸潤も報告されている。脊髄では，辺縁白質がびまん性に変性を生じる所見を見ることがある。
