文献概要

新型コロナウイルス感染症（COVID-19）が世界中で猛威をふるっている。濃厚接触を伴う，リハビリテーション治療を行う回復期病院や認知症治療ケアを行う介護老人保健施設などの高齢者施設でのアウトブレイクは第1波で多くの死亡者を出し，第2波での拡大が懸念される。COVID-19を根絶することが困難である以上，感染予防と上手な共生方法を学ぶ必要がある。濃厚接触を伴う施設でのアウトブレイクの起こり方と感染終息対策，そして，COVID-19の脅威と感染対策，感染発生時の施設対応，さらに今後の社会活動再開における医療者が示すべき役割について概説する。
