文献概要

パーキンソン病と,パーキンソン型多系統萎縮症(MSA-P)やパーキンソン型進行性核上性麻痺(PSP-P)との鑑別は,初期には極めて困難で,しばしば誤診される。臨床症候と画像診断を併せて検討することで,MSA-PやPSP-Pを早期に診断できる可能性がある。MSA-Pでは,拡散強調画像やT2強調画像,プロトン密度強調画像の撮像が役に立つ。PSP-Pでは,MRPIが有用である。
