文献概要

血管内大細胞型B細胞リンパ腫は節外性B細胞リンパ腫の一型であり，腫瘍細胞が細小血管内で選択的に増殖することを特徴とする疾患である。多様かつ非特異的な症状を呈することから診断に難渋することが多く，いかに本疾患を鑑別に挙げてランダム皮膚生検をはじめとする組織診断を行うかが診断のカギとなる。治療の進歩により早期診断の重要性が高まっているが，病態や機序にはいまだ不明な点も多く，今後の知見の蓄積がまたれる。
