文献概要

急性散在性脳脊髄炎は,多巣性の神経症候が急性ないしは亜急性に出現する中枢神経の炎症性脱髄疾患である。感染やワクチン接種などの先行事象を認めることが多く,免疫介在性疾患と考えられている。主に小児に発症し,通常は単相性であるが,稀に再発し多相性のことがある。急性期治療の第一選択はステロイドパルス治療であり,長期予後はおおむね良好である。
