文献概要

結核性髄膜炎（TBM）は，致死率，後遺症率ともに高く，最重症の結核感染である。治療の遅れが予後に反映されるため，TBMを疑った場合には確定診断を待たずに治療を開始することが重要である。抗結核薬による治療は肺結核に準じ行われるが，標準的治療で炎症を十分に抑止できないTBMに遭遇することは珍しくない。本論では，そのようなTBMに対するアプローチについて実際の症例を基に論じており，日常診療の助けとなれば幸いである。
