文献概要

近年，好酸球性多発血管炎性肉芽腫症（EGPA）の新規治療薬としてメポリズマブが登場し，ステロイド一辺倒だった以前の治療から大きく進歩している。しかし，EGPAによる末梢神経障害の治療はエビデンスに乏しく，医師が手探りで治療法を選択しているのが実情である。本論では，実際の症例を示しながら，ステロイド抵抗性のEGPAによる末梢神経障害の特徴を明らかにし，その特徴に基づいた寛解導入療法，寛解維持療法の選択について解説する。
