文献概要

パーキンソン病や多系統萎縮症で心血管系の自律神経障害として起立性低血圧（OH）を認めることがある。他の血圧調節障害（特に臥位高血圧）が合併し，対応が難しくなる。治療にあたっては，非薬物・薬物療法を組み合わせて行う。本論では，まずOHの一般事項について概説したうえで，筆者が実際に経験した難治例を提示する。
