薬物依存症のサイエンス

文献概要

人が薬物依存症になる原因には不明な点が多い。覚醒剤やヘロインといった強力な依存性薬物の使用を経験した人のうち，依存症に罹患するのは一部にすぎないことがわかっている。また，薬物依存症者における嗜好薬物の選択は，薬理学的依存性の強弱以外の基準にしたがって主体的に行われていることを示唆する研究もある。このような問題意識を踏まえ，本論では，Khantzianらの「自己治療仮説」を中心に薬物依存症の発症機序を論じた。
