半側空間無視の臨床と神経基盤

文献概要

半側空間無視とは，大脳半球病巣と反対側の刺激に対して，発見して，報告したり，反応したり，その方向を向いたりすることが障害される病態であり，右半球の脳血管疾患後に生じる「左」無視がほとんどである。同名性半盲とは異なり，視線を固定せずに起こる症状であり，多くの日常生活活動で困難を生じる。半側空間無視は，空間性注意の方向性の偏りと，その臨床的表現を顕在化するいくつかの要因が加わって起こると考えられる。
