文献概要

アルツハイマー病の日常診療において，APOE遺伝子検査はこれまで推奨されるものではなかったが，抗アミロイドβ療法の安全性に関する情報を提供することから重要な意義を持つようになった。このため米国のレカネマブの適正使用ガイドラインでは，APOE遺伝子検査を施行すべきと明記してある。しかしその施行に伴い，臨床倫理的，法的，経済的問題が生じ得る。本邦でもこれらの問題にどのように対応するか包括的議論を開始すべきである。
