文献概要

孤立・孤独と死亡や脳卒中，心血管疾患，糖尿病，がんなどの疾病との関連を示す疫学的知見が蓄積している。望まない孤立・孤独を防ぐことは社会的健康の実現そのものでもある。これまでに地域の通いの場など，社会環境に介入して孤立・孤独対策に取り組んだ例が報告されている。孤立・孤独に苦しむ人を医療の現場から保健福祉や地域につなぐなど，自治体，企業，NPO等の多様な主体が協力して孤立・孤独対策を行うことが求められる。
