真夏に流行するインフルエンザ！─マニラ

　1）インフルエンザの感染拡大予防には，熱帯地域を含めた流行状況の把握が大切である．
　2）外国という異文化の中で生活する在留邦人社会でのインフルエンザ流行は，滞在国と日本という2つの文化の影響を受けている．
　3）最近4年間のマニラ在留邦人社会でのインフルエンザ流行状況を調査した結果，日本の夏（当地の雨季）8〜9月に流行していた．
　4）日本の真夏に当地から帰国の発熱患者を診た場合には，鑑別疾患としてデング熱に加えて，インフルエンザも考慮することが大切である．
