病歴
患者：前立腺肥大症の既往のある86歳男性．
主訴：尿閉．
現病歴：約30年前から頻尿・排尿困難があり前立腺肥大症と診断され，他院で内服加療を受けていた．2カ月前から排尿回数が増加し，1カ月前から口渇・多飲が出現し，当科紹介となった．
既往歴：前立腺肥大症．
内服歴：シロドシン4mg　2錠分2朝夕食後．
嗜好歴：喫煙は20〜60歳まで20本/日，飲酒なし．
