家族の感染症罹患とその予防

Case
患者：妊娠34週の妊婦．
　帯状疱疹に罹患した祖父と同居しているため，胎児への問題はないかと心配して来院．帯状疱疹の妊婦への感染は稀であることを説明し，水痘罹患歴やワクチン接種歴が曖昧であったため，患者の希望もあり水痘IgG抗体検査を施行した．IgG抗体が陽性であることを確認したが，今後も祖父の皮疹が痂皮化するまでは触れないよう指導し，胎児の状態を注意深くフォローアップしていくこととした．以後経過は順調で，39週0日に正常経腟分娩で3,200gの男児を出産された．児は出生後問題なく成長している．
